Civic Duty Day

Dear Me,

   So today I did my civic duty.  I voted.

Congratulations to me.

Ummm, what else?  Not much really.  I'm going to do another Shakespeare entry and then I'm gonna do a CF fun fact.

This writing blog isn't covering much about writing is it?  I promise it will, eventually.  My S.O. doesn't like the idea of me taking the summer off, but I know it's for a good reason.  He's afraid I won't finish my story.  I will.  Again, I promise I will.  It will just be nice to have some one who knows what they're doing, guide me, because I sure as hell don't know what I'm doing and I hate that.
It's the perfectionist in me, which is hilarious because the rest of my life is  such an unorganized mess.  I've got laundry that's been washed for two weeks and I still have to fold them.  My room is a bit of a mess aaannnddd I'm supposed to be in charge of an apartment in a few short months.

To be honest, it's exciting and scary all at once.

I'm happy I'm not doing it alone and I have a good man who is willing to put up with some of my shit.

Now if I could just get my professional dreams to come true, my life would be a flippin' perfect mess!!  WOOO HOO.
