Dear Me,

  Just got back home from seeing The Boss with a friend.  It was a nice distraction from all this unemployment nonsense that seems to have taken over my every thought and action.    Well, I suppose not my every thought and action, but you know...*sigh*

Anyway,  I have been thinking about this for a while now and once I finish my most research project, I have been thinking of starting a history blog.
 
I know it's far from an original idea, and as I may have said previously, I have tried before to start a history blog but I had (and still have) the attention span of a gnat.  This time around though, I won't restrict my blog to just one period of history nor one subject.

It will probably cover from the reign of Bloody Mary up until the death of King George IV.   I also want to try to write about every day life for the average person of these eras, not just kings and queens (though that isn't always possible if there is no source material but still...gonna try).

Anyway, that's it for now.
