Dear Me,

I'm thinking about getting a degree in English Lit.  Why?  Because I'm a a late bloomer.  If I do decide to indeed do my degree, it will be after I dig myself out of the hole that is debt.  Right now I am $5500 dollars in debt.  Two thousand goes to my parents who were kind enough to cover a new motor for my shitty car, and thirty five hundred for Master Card because I am an idiot.
To get myself out of debt, my S.O must have a job so that he can cover my half of the rent.  Why is he doing that? Because he's the best guy in the whole world, that's why.  When will my S.O get a job?  At this rate and with this economy, the second coming of Christ will come first.

But we're talking perfect world here, so lets say he gets a job tomorrow and I get to start payments to my folks again.  I will be finished paying them off in November of this year.  If I started paying off my Master Card in December of this year, I would be done in April next year, which would make me thirty-eight.  I have to have ninety credits to get an undergraduate degree.  The first two courses you do are worth six credits each, which would come to twelve credits for the first year.  So then it would be 12 credits a year after that because I am only doing one course per semester,  At that rate it would take be about seven and half years to finish my degree which would make me about forty five or so.  At the same time, I would be saving for a wedding/trip to the UK for two people and hopefully to finish my story..

Will any of this work out?  I wanna say yes...so I'll say yes.
